2025 Annual Retreat Trip (Awaji Island)

From June 28th to June 29th, we went on a company retreat.
This year's destination was the Hyogo-Awaji area. It provided a valuable opportunity to refresh both mind and body away from daily work duties and to deepen camaraderie among employees.

【Day 1】June 28th
The trip began with a tour of the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum.
We learned about the history and production process of Japanese sake, experiencing tradition and craftsmanship firsthand.
After the tour, many enjoyed selecting souvenirs like sake and fruit liqueurs.

Next, we visited Steak Land Kobe Hall.
We savored carefully selected Kobe beef while enjoying a live teppanyaki performance by the chef right before our eyes. This high-quality lunch further heightened the trip's excitement.

In the afternoon, we boarded a tour boat to view the Naruto Whirlpools.
Overwhelmed by the power of these natural whirlpools, we spent a refreshing time enveloped in the pleasant sea breeze.

We stayed overnight at Awaji International The Sunplaza.
This hotel, charming for its ocean views, helped us recover from the journey's fatigue.
Dinner was held in a banquet style, where we enjoyed luxurious cuisine and cross-departmental networking.
A raffle was also held during the banquet, making it a hugely successful night filled with smiles and cheers.
Additionally, the hotel's hot spring facilities provided a perfect way to soothe travel fatigue, and many employees thoroughly enjoyed their relaxing time there.

【Day 2】June 29
The next morning, we stopped at Awaji Highway Oasis. We spent a leisurely time enjoying the spectacular views and selecting local specialties as souvenirs.

Next, we visited Suma Sea World.
We were soothed by the diverse marine life and enjoyed the dolphin show and the dynamic orca (killer whale) show.
The entire staff was captivated by the spectacular performances. Amidst flying water and cheers, it became a highlight of the trip.

Lunch featured an authentic Chinese course meal.
Savoring the colorful dishes, it was a splendid time fitting for the trip's conclusion.

We feel this retreat truly fostered cross-departmental interaction, created new connections, and enhanced teamwork.
Moving forward, we will continue to value such events, deepen employee communication, and strive to build an even better workplace.

We were able to complete this trip safely thanks to the tremendous efforts of the travel agency staff, hotel personnel, and the travel committee members.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude.
