Our company held its annual internal QC competition.
This competition is held twice a year to share the results of improvement activities undertaken in each workplace, aiming to raise employee awareness and enhance the quality of work. All 12 circles participated, presenting the fruits of their ingenuity and efforts at their respective sites, making it a highly meaningful event.
The presentations by the selected circles featured logical and practical content, covering everything from analyzing current challenges to devising, implementing, and verifying the effectiveness of improvement measures. This made the conference a highly educational experience for the audience as well.
Following the judging, the following teams were awarded prizes this time:
Gold Prize: MC Circle
Silver Prize: Gachinko Circle
Bronze Prize: Caterpillar Circle
Congratulations to all the winning teams. While some teams narrowly missed winning, every presentation was outstanding, sharing numerous examples that will serve as valuable hints for future workplace improvements.
Moving forward, each employee will maintain a mindset focused on improvement, striving to create a better workplace and enhance quality.
