Deployment:Production Management Department Positio

Position:SL

Joined Date:October 2014

Please tell us your reason for joining the company.
I was drawn to the automotive industry and chose this company because it weathered the 2008 financial crisis. I felt it was unlikely to go under, which motivated my decision to join.
Please describe your current job responsibilities.
I manage production instructions to meet customer delivery deadlines for ordered products, coordinate delivery schedules with clients, and handle additional requests.
What gives you satisfaction in your work, and what do you take pride in?
I feel constant pressure because I know everything hinges on my production instructions—there's no room for error. But that pressure is also what makes the work rewarding.
What stands out most from your work experience so far?
Hearing customers say things like, “We're only handling this because it's you, Mr. Ito,” really made me happy and left a strong impression.
What do you see as the company's strengths?
Even when production dropped due to COVID and Friday shifts were canceled, we still received full pay. That kind of treatment is a real strength of the company.
Is there any new work you'd like to challenge?
I take pride in keeping the company running. I find fulfillment and responsibility in my current department, so I want to master my current duties.
Message to job seekers
I believe this is a workplace where you can find fulfillment and a sense of responsibility. If we have the chance to work together, let's give it our all.
