- I was looking for a company not too far from home. Compared to other companies, this one matched many of my desired conditions, which piqued my interest. The favorable bonus conditions were also a deciding factor (laughs).

- I handle visitor reception, lunch arrangements, accounting-related tasks, and ordering supplies.
- What gives you satisfaction in your work, and what do you take pride in?
- When handling payments, I never skip checks to prevent amount errors. In other tasks too, I constantly think about how to work more efficiently and error-free.
- What stands out most from your work so far?
- A close client gave us a gift, and after distributing it to everyone, we ate it together during break time while chatting excitedly. That really stuck with me.
- What do you consider the company's strength?
- I believe our strength lies in how regularly proposing and submitting creative ideas and near-miss reports directly impacts evaluations. This fosters a company-wide mindset where every employee consciously strives for daily improvement and reform.

- I'd like to broaden my scope to take on tasks beyond accounting.
