We have created a miniature danjiri keychain, approximately the size of a 500-yen coin!
This time, we utilized the danjiri model displayed in our office as the basis for the project.
Production Process:
- The danjiri model was 3D scanned to create a digital 3D model.
- The data was then used to produce the model with a 3D printer.
- The printed model was carefully finished and painted.
- Finally, a strap was attached to complete the keychain.
The completed keychains will be distributed together with Senshu's original hand towels.
Even without designing a 3D model from scratch, complex shapes can be accurately reproduced as long as a physical object is available for scanning.
Moving forward, we hope to utilize this technology not only for creating novelty goods, but also in various fields such as manufacturing and technological development.
