30-Second Emergency Evacuation Drill

In early September 2026, we conducted a 30-second emergency evacuation drill as part of our preparations for major earthquakes, including a potential Nankai Trough earthquake.

During the drill, we assumed that there would be only a limited amount of time between an Earthquake Early Warning or an emergency announcement on the premises and the arrival of strong shaking. Participants confirmed the procedure for promptly evacuating to a safe location when it was possible to do so safely.

At the same time, we confirmed that if moving could result in danger, employees should protect themselves where they are and prioritize safety above all else, depending on the situation.

We will continue our efforts in disaster preparedness and disaster mitigation so that each employee can respond quickly and appropriately in the event of an earthquake.
